I have ordered in the past from BP Plastics and had good service however my latest order has been bad. I placed an order which I only received part of, when chased I was told it was on back order, 2 weeks later I gave up and cancelled the back order, another 4 weeks on I am still waiting for the refund for the cancelled items.

Used to be a reliable and efficient service. Perhaps feeling the pinch from the lockdown but customer service levels have dropped. Rude on the phone, unhelpful and constantly getting orders wrong. Had several delivered to the wrong address or promised a delivery date only to then constantly lose the order when asked for its whereabouts. I’d rather go straight to the supplier now.

Very poor service from BP Plastics, I dealt with Shaun and was appalled by the lack of communication skills, sometimes rude on the phone, leaving me without a reply for weeks on end, forgetting crucial details of the job.
I was actually unable to obtain a solution to my order due to the poor level of customer service provided.
I would certainly not deal with this company again!

I ordered Plastics from Build Plumb Plastics Ltd as their website displayed these products as being in stock. I then received a phone call the following day advising me that the products I had ordered were not in stock.
I could not wait for this and was offered a refund and informed it may take up to 5 working days. 2 weeks on and 2 further phone calls and I am still waiting for the refund. The male I spoke to from the company named Sean was very argumentative and is under the impression that the 5 working days starts from when they decide to process the payment.

Mick Tucker dealt with my query with incredible speed and miraculously was able to identify my part (despite it being in pieces) and shipped it out to me the next day - 10/10.

Perhaps you would care to answer my emails then I wouldn’t have to leave a bad review?
We have ordered twice from you. The first time only half the order arrived due to the delivery company, completely delayed our project meaning we had to source one of the products elsewhere. Thinking it was just a one off we decided to give your company the… benefit of the doubt and place a second order for another project. Yet again only half the delivery turned up. After several weeks of no delivery and our tradesmen getting incredibly frustrated and angry at me! We had no choice but to cancel

1st time i have used Build Plumb Plastics, and i am happy to say i was very impressed. Very good customer service, even though i changed my order 2 or 3 times it was not an issue. Good pricing and the delivery turned up on time when they said it would. I will definitely be buying my pipe and fittings from Build Plumb Plastics again.

THE best supplier of building products I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Brilliant service from start to finish. I spoke to Grant, and he was very knowledgeable and made suggestions to save me money. The website is very easy to use and straight forwards. Amazingly, I placed an order at 10pm and received it next day by 10 am - now that's… what I call service! I needed to and to the order as well and phoned to do so. Got put through to voicemail, but was called back within 5 minutes, it was no trouble to get the extra added to the order. The delivery man was fantastic and courteous
