Neoteric Contracts Ltd is run by Chris Balham and David Pugh, who have over 45 years experience in the building trade. David gained experience as a carpenter and has worked on many types and sizes of jobs ranging from domestic through to commercial. Neoteric Contracts have also worked on numerous loft conversions and barn conversions and many new build houses.

Neoteric Contracts undertook the carpentry package on behalf of Faithdean PLC at Opus 2 office building in Leatherhead. We built 3 large dormers and 8 large skylights into the existing roof and formed the glass atrium, finishing off with fitting new metal pressings around the perimeter of the roof, transforming a previously unusable space into a large modern office.
