Mark initially trained to be a Geologist which fuelled his passion for the outdoors. His enthusiasm for rock climbing and mountaineering has taken him all over the world, from climbing our Jurassic coastline to expeditions to the glaciers of Greenland. Now with a passion for bee keeping, it's easy for him to see the effects our industries are having on our delicately balanced ecosystems.
Inside out Construction Ltd is a well-established construction firm that has consistently produced high-quality homes in the South East. With 25 years behind us, Inside Out Construction has a wealth of knowledge, covering all areas of residential development. We pride ourselves on our superior attention to detail, innovative design concepts, reliability and professionalism.
Using bricks and mortar has been a great way to use local materials to build durable homes and buildings for centuries. However, the CO2 embedded in many building materials, and also in their production and transportation has contributed towards problems with our climate. As designers, builders and clients, we need to come together to reduce our impact on the climate.
We are always looking for passionate characters to join our team. In the past we have had a number of apprenticeships running, as well as permanent employees and our trusted subcontractors. My HOA hired Inside-Out Company to replace the roof on our townhome units. My unit is an end unit so they used my space to keep their equipment. After the fourth day I came out and found they'd placed two large garbage cans and lots of their equipment in one of my plant beds. The garbage cans were on top of, and completely crushed two of my large plants. The rest of the plants in the bed were damaged to the point I had to cut about half of the plants away. The bed was also filled with debris from their lunches: pork bone, banana peel, and other disgusting food, bottle tops, and broken glass. This

My association hired this company to do work on our roofs, and Inside Out was supposed to leave notices a few days in advance, but they did not. When I was working from home, I suddenly heard all kinds of noise on my house. A guy was on my roof right outside a window with the blinds open. I had no time to prepare for this. They were extremely loud and disruptive when I was trying to work. Very unprofessional to not give people advance notice. Wouldn't trust this company.

I just had to make sure I posted a review for Joel and his team we had the pleasure to work with on a remodel for a housing association in Chicago. 30 plus floors of wallpaper removal- wall repairs, new carpet, new door skins, painting and new wallpaper. They had scheduled everything and it ran what seemed like a machine. We were never delayed in our ability to install wallpaper- which meant we stayed on budget and on schedule!

The service person was on time for a drywall repair of hole and related cracks in my wall. After inspecting he brought in the materials and tools needed do the repair. He was cautious proper distancing and wore a mask and booties as well as tarping the floor area.
The work was done seamlessly, I was unable to find any hint that a repair had been done!
The service person was friendly and professional and took time to be exacting and wasn’t just rushing to get it done.

Unbelievable! I manage a 600 unit apartment community with 31 buildings in Lisle, IL. I was referred to this company from our preferred paint supplier and I have been in awe ever since meeting with them. They promised a smooth project, but delivered far more than I imagined. Inside Out provided daily notices to my 600 plus residents, created a daily activity log that on-site management as well as our corporate team could review. They guaranteed a six-week project, but delivered in under five. Vicky, our project manager, was always accessible and happy to walk us through any and all obstacles. This

NOISE, ATTITUDE, LITTER
They're working in our complex at this time. Garages are blocked with their vans and if you ask them to remove the van from the private driveway the answer is: NO HABLA INGLES. No hay problema senor, I asked him in Spanish too and the guy just turned his back to me and left. I am sorry I didn't know the towing company's phone number back then. For the next time both the towing company and the police will be called for property violation.
They do not take out their garbage, rather throw it on the bushes and on the ground all around the entrance. Now, since the snow is melting
