This is our first experience using The Ceramic Tile Company and it has been great. Honest and informative sales support, excellent selection of tiles and great service on provision of tiles and accessories. Who knew buying tiles could actually be fun! After being very overwhelmed by Pinterest and internet shopping, we were recommended the Ceramic Tile company by a friend, who said the showroom was the perfect size for browsing and the staff were very helpful and friendly - and she was right. It took numerous visits and taking samples home, but we got there eventually and am sure our bathroom will look very stylish when it’s finished. Particular thanks to Will for your patience, advice and friendly, down-to-earth service. We’ll certainly recommend you!

After over a month of emails and phone calls to varius tile companies I had given up hope of finding my floor tiles. This company managed to source my tiles. I had been looking for a match from a tile I bought in 2010 and they knew exactly what tile it was and managed to source it for me. Can’t thank Joe and Will.J enough for all the help they provided.

Very impressive warehouse, although due to the pandemic and lockdown, we were unable to visit. Their customer service was second to none during this time and both Will & Dave took numerous calls from us and arranged many sample selections to be sent. Our bathroom is now finished and we’re over the moon with it.

Really positive experience working with this company that was recommended to me by a friend. I was able to give a description of the look I wanted for my shower room and downstairs cloakroom and took delivery of a great selection of samples, which were spot on. I chose my tiles and they were delivered promptly. Very happy with result.
