Unprofessional, late, argumentative, disrespectful.
I booked the day off work to accommodate some follow on works after a failed Electrical Inspection 5hour appointment done the week before. He arrived 40mins late.
He was instantly aggrevated on arrival on seeing that I'd fitted a carpet in my home since his last visit (impacting his work but not preventing it), we'd discussed my already pre-booked carpet fitting during his last visit, (the roll of carpet was in the house at the time). Despite the fact my home setup had nothing to do with him he completely lacked boundaries and respect for my
