My father purchased a settee from Levines in Bearwood. He originally wanted a 3 seater and a Chair. He found one he liked in store so made the purchase. Unfortunately they let him know a short time later that they could not get a chair so gave him a 2 seater for the same price. They delivered when they said they would and gave him a time slot on the day. All went well... I can safely say its the most comfortable settee I've sat on, the build quality is fantastic. He's very happy and so will I be everytime I visit.

They didn't deliver exactly what I paid for, them I called to explain the man told me to send an email which I did. Since 11/10/20. They never responded. My invoice number is 351497. Today is 28/01/21. Levine Bearwood. Their services is not good. I will never recommend it to anyone. Because we are not happy with their services.

Popped into the Bearwood branch today as I was thinking about upgrading my mattress. Tony was great and informative about the particular mattresses I was interested in. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease whilst shopping and I was able to make an independent decision without feeling pushed or cornered by sales tactics. I would highly recommend ! Looking forward to a goodnight sleep on my new quality mattress.
