Would avoid unfortunately. More than 50% of the tiles I bought were chipped or broken. In fairness I received some replacements however again over half of those were broken or chipped. Really poor quality and when I asked customer service to look into this they ignored me. Plenty of better tile shops out there.

Unfortunately two boxes of tiles arrived damaged. Multiple tiles could not be used as they were all different sizes. Walls and floors were unable to do anything about this as I had not unpacked and inspected every tile individually within 48 hours of delivery. I had over a pallets worth of tiles and this is completely unrealistic to expect anybody to do. As a result of this, it has cost me SOO much more to have my tiling completed as he has literally had to measure each side of ALL my tiles, then juggle how to use the rest as we are already down on tiles from the broken ones! I would not use this

Absolutely the best. I have dealt with and ordered from a few companies selling tiles and W&F are on another level. Great prices , quality tiles , they answer the phone immediately and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery is very quick ( has been next day for our orders ) and when there is an issue ( we had a tile broken in transit ) they just sort it out fast. Would give 6 stars if that was an option.

Amazing firm to deal with. I've spoken to Anna a couple of times over the years and she's been so helpful and informative.
My first order arrived on the day and time it was promised. The driver was brilliant and so helpful. Stock arrived in good order and well packaged.
This time around I had no hesitation in going back to Anna and she's really helped us out with a huge order that she sorted out there and then. The website was up to date and useful to check stock levels before I called.
Honestly I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company, wholeheartedly. Easy to deal with and they do exactly

I initially gave Walls & Floors a good review after recieving samples in good time. However on making a full order of the chosen tiles a complete nightmare began. The tiles did not show up on the day and I waited in for several days on the promise that they would 'definitely' arrive each day. Then after continued empty promises they no longer took my calls to chase the order. When I wrote and asked for a refund they tried to keep the money for as long as possible until I reminded them of consumer rights. I would avoid ordering or if you do, make sure you read all reviews and their terms and conditions

Fantastic customer service. Superb quality tiles at a very competitive price. Sample service helped us to get the tiles we wanted. We needed two boxes and ordered the recommended 10% extra. We still were short by three tiles I rang customer service and explained. Was told that they would arrive on the Monday, this was the Friday. Received them on the Saturday. Job done. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great company to buy from. Every interaction with them has been really easy. I found the website easy to browse which meant that after years of putting off tile shopping we were able to kit out the whole house! The tilers were really impressed with the quality of the tiles and ease of laying, they especially liked the wood-effect tiles! Re-orders were extremely easy over the phone and delivery was lightning speed. Really impressed with the quality of tiles and service throughout, thank you!
