Terrible, avoid at all costs ! I had contacted them because I had a Luxaflex Duette blind which needed restringing and which they had repaired before. I explained what the problem was and their sales manager, Sian, suggested to bring the blind in, given that I wanted to avoid their so expensive pick up service. Having taken more than 1 hr each way to cross London to get to them, a nasty surprise was waiting for me once I got there as the people with whom I spoke told me that they don't do a lot of repairs on Luxaflex Duette blinds anymore and their technician refused to restring the blind (which
