We purchased our property with the view of adding a 2 storey extension imminently. Although we had an idea of the space we wanted to create, we needed help developing those ideas into an internal design that worked an attractive exterior and obtaining planning approval. Jonathan succeeded in providing all of this painlessly.
Completed on site, this project which is located in the leafy 'Avenues' area of Exmouth, near Exeter in Devon, the Architect services provided by Jonathan involved the production of detailed design drawings, production of Full Plans Building Regulation Drawings and the production of detailed Tender/Construction Drawings and a Written Specification.
