Professional and prepared to listen, they suggested and proposed some alternative ideas. I found the Manager to have a positive and fresh approach to customer service with great communication skills. The fitters were excellent. Covid-19 safety measures in place, polite and respectful. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a feature stair runner and we came across the shop in Chepstow. Managed gave us multiple options with great advice on colours to match our existing hallway as well as having sound knowledge on wear and durability having a young family.
He delivered when promised despite the Covid chaos going on. Would recommend and definitely will use again 🙂

We couldn't be happier with the service from Manor Carpets. They ordered a carpet in for us and the fitters noticed a few flaws introduced in the manufacturing process, so they were able to negotiate a discount with the supplier. The prices were competitive with all the other quotes we received and the whole process was really clear. The final product looks really smart and tidy - thank you for all your work!
