I am absolutely thrilled with my new porch from Falcon windows! They were brilliant from start to finish. From the initial contact with Amy who immediately made me feel comfortable to John the installations manager who is brilliant and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Marty & Mark turned up nice and early on the installation day and fitted my porch, cleaning up as the went along. I'm really happy I chose Falcon windows and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We required our existing conservatory replacing and modernising on the existing walls. Despite the fact that the shape was found to be irregular Falcon were able to construct the replacement to fit. Now that it is made using modern materials and glass it no longer suffers from extremes of temperature and can be used throughout the year. The workmanship and finishing are high quality. I would certainly recommend Falcon to anyone.

I can thoroughly recommend Falcon Windows. They completely refurbished our conservatory including a solid roof. The result has been amazing and the conservatory now feels like a proper part of the house but still resembles a garden room and definitely helps to retain the heat in winter.
The team were very professional throughout, clearing up after them and always friendly and polite. Very pleased that we chose Falcon Windows.

I was so impressed with the professional, thorough, accommodating and friendly service throughout that instilled complete confidence. I was amazed not to have to do any redecoration, touching up or even clear-up after my windows were replaced. After just 2 weeks, I'm not in a position to judge the quality of the units but I am optimistic. The cost was competitive and I would definitely recommend. Thanks to all at Falcon Windows..

Very professional from start to finish. You were the most expensive of three quotes but based on our experience, worth every penny and finished in the promised timeframe. It was good to be able to feel trust for such an important project. Regular communication and questions promptly answered by your installations manager helped enormously and the finished conservatory warm roof looks fantastic. Your roof installers were amazingly hard working as well as completely reliable, friendly and respectful. A little bit of a blip with the electricians who although doing a great job, could have provided
