From the first contact i had with Danbury until the guy actually replacing the fence has not only been positive and seamless but a joy. They have been clear with the quotation in response to discussing my needs and Lee, who actually replaced the fence was professional, friendly, polite, perfect punctuality but also he explained everything he was doing, giving me clear explanations and very open and honest. Danbury Fencing fitted my six foot fence in November 2018. Earlier this month, before the gale struck, I saw that one panel was coming out. A neighbour put it back but said it wasn’t secure as the posts were slightly too far apart. I phoned Danbury Fencing to ask them to sort it but, as it was a Saturday, they asked me to phone again on Monday. The next day the gale came and lifted the panel out completely. After several phone calls, they finally sent someone to look who agreed there was a problem and suggested a couple of ways of sorting it. Since then I have heard nothing. Every time I phone

People are very reluctant to leave positive reviews these days so I am going to buck the trend. We had Danbury Fencing replace 7 fence panels in our garden today. I have to say the installation process was seamless, fence installer was polite and courteous, a real credit to Danbury Fencing. After removing the existing gravelboards it transpired that they were not reusable, within 30 minutes another Danbury Fencing vehicle had arrived with the replacement gravelboards. Meaning that the job was finished in 1 day as stated. The replacement fence posts and panels are perfectly straight and the fence

My partner first emailed on 31st July for a quote for a fence repair, a relatively small job, after chasing received a reply on 7th August saying it would be sent on to their estimator. I called myself shortly after and was told one of their estimator was on holiday but they would get back to us. I called again yesterday and spoke to the same woman I did the first time (Lucie) there was no apology for the delay just a rather abrupt reply saying they would again forward it to an estimator and still nothing heard back. Been 3 weeks now have given up, wouldn't waste my time again and wouldn't recommend
