Services
We had to grit blast the steel and then apply a five coat system to give the required protection and cosmetic finish to all the steel work in the roof. We were working off scaffolding and had to complete the project before the glass could be lifted into place. We painted all the steel in the stadium working off a 125 foot cherry picker from the pitch side reaching up to paint the large truss and rafters.

The intumescent coating will expand by up to 100 times its original thickness when exposed to a fire. This expanded layer provides insulation to the underlying steelwork and slows down the rate of heating.

Using high powered washers and working off Mobile elevated platforms where buildings with a height up to 85 feet can be cleaned. Our high output pressure washers are diesel powered and coupled up to a water bowser so the system is self contained, and can be easily transported around the site.
