It is the first of its kind in the UK, devoting itself to educating and benchmarking high performance standards in the industry. We have just installed a new driveway using materials from The Resin Mill. It is brilliant.
It was a large project, so we visited The Resin Mill to look at their demonstration areas to get a good view of what we could expect. We were assisted by Louise Wheeler (one of their sales people) who was very helpful. She obviously knew her stuff and the installers who use their products. We had already selected the installer but she validated our choice. This was a six-hour round-trip but worth every moment.
The installation has just been completed. It was done by Ultimate Resin Driveways Ltd (ultimateresindriveways.co.uk) and they could not be faulted. The result is just about perfect and well in-line with our highest expectations.

We are a resin bound paving company and only use Resin Mill products as we believe them to the best. We trained with resin mill and were very impressed with the whole set up. Training was great and they were very knowledgeable and professional. The products are always spot on and the sales team give great advice and are very friendly and I'm always happy to listen to there advice.

Appalling customer service!
I had a drive laid with resin from this Company. After a while rust spots appeared and, give them their due, they came out twice to remedy them. More rust spots have now appeared and they are now denying all responsibility and will not speak to me, only the contractor. They even now are saying that the the contractor may not have purchased the stuff from them in the first place. Basically they couldn't care less about the end user.

Our “Ireland green” By The Resin Mill Ltd. drive was installed in late summer 2017 by Cheshire Resin Driveways.
Within one year we had the installer back out to assess “crumbling” which had begun to occur on a couple of parts of the drive. Point to note we had a full UV stable resin product installed and were told this product was guaranteed for 10 years and lifetime for the colour.
When the installer visited he arranged a report by the manufacturer The Resin Mill Ltd. This report apparently found that the “Ireland green” had been found to be “faulty” and the installer Phil Higgins

Very poor after sales! myself and 2 other tradesmen fully trained by the resin mill in using their product followed their instructions to the letter. having laid quite a number of resin driveways came to lay a drive strictly following the guidance we had received and post laying of the product a colour variation in the for of dark and light band became obvious. We had the resin mill out to this and they are willing to accept no responsibility for this and have offered no reasonable resolution to the matter myself and my colleagues are completely willing to Re lay the driveway for free but the resin

Made enquiry for new drive on RM website, then contacted swiftly and professionally by ‘local’ contractor, who started well. Didn’t realise the installs are just passed on to contractors when making enquiry. Made good progress on first day but started to go downhill from there. Friendly enough but underlying quality just isn’t there. Left us in a terrible mess at times and some of the work on drain connections was appalling. Final drive looks level and solid surface but bottom 3rd nearer road is a different shade. Both RM and contractor have said that different shade will settle but 6 weeks

Anthony Mitchell laid 175 sq m of resin from The Resin Mill and has completely transformed our drive. I can recommend his company highly. They did an excellent job working hard and leaving everything clean and tidy. Anthony was particularly good at communicating with us to keep us informed of dates, arrival times etc.
