There are 3 basic steps we follow with all of our customers when beginning the John Willies fitted kitchen journey. We aim to keep our kitchen design process as simple and informal as possible in the early stages, to ensure we provide you with an accurate, free no obligation quote. All communication occurs directly with our designer/director Sam Crocker, who will work closely alongside you to achieve the perfect design for your dream kitchen.
John Willies Country Kitchens was founded by Ray Crocker in 1993 in the heart of the New Forest. Now led by his son Sam Crocker, we have over 40 years experience in the design manufacture and installation of quality kitchens together with the practical knowledge and expertise. Our team place emphasis on providing unique durable solid wood kitchens at affordable prices and more importantly working to customer's requirements and budgets.
In 2017, we were nominated for this prestigious award and won after a mystery shopper visited our showroom in the New Forest. Everyone at John Willies was exceptionally proud!

Our Brockenhurst customers chose our popular shaker style with optional cott beading around the drawers. There was a great combination of fitted items alongside our free-standing units like our sought after chop blocks, wall plate racks and the versatile larder. The larders designed with bread slats in the doors which is a lovely optional feature to all of our larders.
Our Burley Kitchen customers chose our Shaker style with optional cott beading around the drawers. They were keen to not only have a beautiful kitchen but a functional one too opting for our deep pot drawers on 70kg premium soft close runners these give the ability to store several sets of heavy pans with ease.

From planning to installation a very professional and trouble free process. By having bespoke units made we achieved the desired appearance for the kitchen in our cottage which we could not obtain with a 'ready made' product. The joints and fit were/are excellent and the paint finish was faultless. A good job well done.

Ten years ago, we bought and fitted a hand built kitchen from John Willies Country Kitchens. We live in Scotland, but this was achievable, by communication, and no visit to the actual shop. We were delighted with the result. The service was impeccable.
A few weeks ago, we were delighted to find that the shop was still in business, and we could extend our kitchen, by buying similar units. Again, this was all organised over the Internet - thanks to Sam Crocker. He has been so trustworthy and a great guy to do business with. From beginning to end the quality of service could not have been higher. We ordered a freestanding larder and on arrival it exceeded our expectations. The paint finish was excellent and the workmanship was great, lovely use of dovetails on the drawers. Every detail is as discussed, spot on. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and Samantha kept in great touch with us. We would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Sam and his team at John Willies Country Kitchens designed and installed a beautiful, bespoke kitchen to perfectly complement the oak-frame. Everything from design to service, advice and installation were all of the highest quality and we would 100% recommend John Willies.

We recently had a kitchen extension and went for a part-fitted/part freestanding set up. We spent several weeks visiting a few recommended local suppliers of handmade kitchens and the odd national supplier like Fired Earth. The prices were all comparable but for us the quality of craftsmanship in the John Willies units were above and beyond anything else we saw. The guy there, Sam, was excellent - no pressure, patient while we fine-tuned our design, made us feel excited about our project and worked brilliantly with our builder. The care that went into the build of the units is evident as it is
