For Commercial Catering Certification our charges of 250 (350 for out of hours) are for the first 3 appliances only and there is a 60 charge per appliance after this. There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minutes increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 20% VAT.
