Full Building Surveys: Detailed report on condition, construction and make up of your building, including advice in relation to defects and maintenance.
Rockall Building Surveyors are property professionals able to provide specialist services based on proven experience, with a thorough knowledge of the Northwest region and a clear understanding of the requirements of our Clients. We've helped many happy clients in the Merseyside and Cheshire regions and our service is second to none.
We deal with identification and diagnosis of defects, preparing schedules of remedial works including organising and managing repairs, including refurbishment and redecoration. We act as Consultants for management of residential and commercial cyclical repairs and major works, both in singular and larger scale multiple units.
The role of the Chartered Building Surveyor covers a wide range of other services including Architectural Design and Supervision of Building Projects. As Chartered Building Surveyors we can carry out this role often by way of a single appointment, (making our services cost effective) and where it is required we will work alongside other professionals.
A quick turnaround of our survey was critical for us to proceed with our purchase. The survey was undertaken thoroughly with the report with us swiftly allowing us to proceed. A reliable service and the verbal report following survey to put our minds at ease was much appreciated. We were concerned about planning our building works.
