Wayne and his lads were very good. They turned up on time and got on with the job of replacing my sealed glazed units. Nothing was too much trouble. I asked them to take a look at a couple of handles and a locking mechanism which they also fixed. They were very friendly and helpful. Once they finished they cleaned up and took all the rubbish away with them. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Window hinges had broken, window wouldn't shut, wind getting in, another company said can't fix have to replace window. Wayne turned up 30 mins after calling, was polite, efficient and got it all fixed in less than 30 mins. Would highly recommend this company again, and from now on will only use this company.

Wayne fitted my kitchen window with a new glass unit, back in July. As I was waiting for my new kitchen to be fitted, I was unsure what finish the kitchen fitters were going to leave we around the window. So Wayne & I agreed that he would pop back and put me up a nice finishing trim after kitchen refit. Kitchen was finished on Friday & trim isn’t needed. So I emailed Wayne and he refunded me the money I paid for the trim, that same day.

I had 3 double-glazing units replaced by A&E Window Doctor. From organizing the initial quote through to the actual install, Wayne made everything very easy. The job was completed efficiently and everything left tidy.

Excellent service from A&E Window Doctor. Very knowledgeable about products on offer and explaining the right products for the job (mine was replacement patio doors & side light windows). Great admin, very efficient and professional, prompt, great team on the day. Excellent quality of work. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
