A RICS HomeBuyer Report provides a comprehensive and detailed analysis of a dwelling house which one would not necessarily expect with a basic mortgage valuation. Included in the service is a comprehensive analysis of the roof system - both internal and external, checks for damp, subsidence or heave and an appraisal of potential damage that may be caused by trees.
