My parents purchased a Celebrity Hertford 3+1 suite, delivered in Dec. They were immediately unhappy with how the back cushions lost shape and plumpness. A fairly simple problem to sort i would think, but despite visits by 3 different people (from Richardsons and Celebrity) all they have received is sympathy but no willingness to take any action as they do not consider this a fault. The recommended action is they should plump the cushions after each seating, which is ridiculous advice for two people in their 70’s. If you must buy from here do so with care as the after-sales customer service is

They are excellent, I ordered a cabin bed for a very small box room. Two men arrived and worked hard, they were polite, courteous and friendly. They left no mess behind, all packaging taken away. The gentleman Don in the shop is a true gentleman. The two guys that erected the bed were proper good old fashioned workmen.
Thank you for being everything and more. Don’t hesitant use them, you will only be disappointed if you don’t!

This shop was recommended to me by a number of friends. It’s a great shop with an extensive variety of good quality furniture. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the corner suite I bought is comfortable and well made. I have a carpet on order and I will definitely be visiting there in the future for all my furniture needs.

Having moved into a flat, I needed furniture for the lounge and both bedrooms. I visited Richardson’s and was given sound advice regarding the size of the lounge suite that would fit into my flat. I also ordered a dining table and chairs, two glass cabinets and bedroom furniture. All of the items were delivered in good time and up three flights of stairs without complaint. Many friends have commented on my lovely suite and I have been happy to recommend Richardson’s to them. Without Mr Hollywood’s advice I would have ordered the completely wrong size suite which would have been a disaster
