We called Severn vale locksmiths when we had a bit of a 'door emergency' early one morning. Simon was easy to get hold of and so reassuring. He came out within a couple of hours so that he could put a temporary lock on in order for us to go to work. He came back within a day or two and replaced the door handle and multi latching mechanism and re-aligned the door. The latch and lock mechanism works better than it ever has done and is so smooth. Very skilled and professional locksmith who clearly takes pride in his work. Cannot recommend him enough!
