I was very happy with the service provided by ChairHire, particularly Charlotte. She was professional, accommodating and provided exceptional customer service - she went over and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to fulfil the vision I had for my event. The team even made a bespoke product for me which helped to make my event space look exactly how I planned for it to look. The delivery drivers were also very polite and helpful and dropped off and collected the products in very good time. I would definitely use ChairHire again in the future and recommend to others. We used Chair hire for the company i work for which is a children's hospice. We needed to rent out bean bags for an event that we was holding. I had been e-mailed a lady called Charlotte that was very helpful and was kindly able to help us out. Charlotte communicated with me on everything that was going on and helped me when i needed it. The children thoroughly enjoyed the bean bags and was very comfortable during the event while watching there film. Had an urgent, late request for a large amount of furniture in central London. ChairHire.co.uk were able to accommodate at a very reasonable price! Nothing was an issue for them.

I have and will continue to use ChairHire for events and seminars that we host at our central London address. The hiring process is quick and easy and the pricing is very clear. They offer everything from tables and chairs to the linen you need to cover the. Communication is always spot on too! I would not necessarily pay for precise delivery slots as that can be expensive but the half day window slots are good. The drivers are always very helpful and polite. I would recommend this company.
