The business was established by Hull-based joiner Craig O'Leary, who started work in a timber yard and builders merchant when 15. Craig worked weekends and throughout school holidays whilst studying, during which time he learned to use woodworking machinery and operate heavy lifting plant. At the same time he gained a good knowledge of timber and building materials.
