Installation was done extremely well, very neat and tidy. Final bit of cosmetic sealing was done the next day by another 2 guys who arrived, very apologetically, at 5.40pm after a long days work. They completed the job and drove back to Sheffield. Just proves how dedicated this company is. Would recommend Zap Garage Doors.

Been trying to get someone to come and see our roller garage door that is clearly loosing the colour on the folding slats, reported the issue back in May 2021! They were quick to reply when you’re wanting to… buy but now they’re quite clearly ignoring my emails. COVID has a lot to answer for but it hasn’t stopped emails or phones from working. Terrible service.

Sorry but so far I’m unable to recommend zap. I thought using a reputable well known company ever thing would be perfect. My door was ordered back in may I waited until July to have it fitted. Sadly it was the… wrong door but had to be fitted until the correct one came. They also didn’t have all the plastics to complete the front. Sadly the roof was also accidentally cut which also needs repairs. Another nearly 3 weeks later they have finally returned to complete the plastics and repair the roof. I returned home to find this absolutely shocking workmanship and not all of the

I would like to recommend Zap Garage Doors.
I had an external door fitted. From start to finish the experience was spot on. The quality of the door is outstanding and the gentleman that came to fit it was friendly and his attention to detail was perfect i couldn't be happier. We were really pleased with our garage door and the fitters were excellent. Our burglar alarm sensor was damaged unknown to us at the time but when we reported this to the sales team we were told it was our responsibility and not there’s and there would be no compensation. We weren’t told at the time that this required moving. We have had to pay out for a new sensor through no fault of our own. This has last a bad taste and we will not be recommending Zap garage doors to anyone in the future. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Mr Nicholson came out to do a survey was on time of given date and explained how things would be done in full. The guy's who did the job were brilliant. They have done an excellent job, cleared all the rubbish away and the garage door looks fantastic.

Had two garage doors fitted recently. Very impressed with the whole journey. The surveyor Paul Nicholson was extremely knowledgeable. The fitters (Paul and Patrick) were incredibly professional and skilled. I shopped around quite a bit, and Zap garage doors were the cheapest. My mum is booked in to have her garage door sorted now. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend. Thanks

I had my Zap Garage doors fitted five years ago and they are still as good as new. I telephone Zap today as there was a bleeping sound from the control panel, they explained it would be the battery that needed changing. It was easy to change and the bleeping stopped. I would recommend them to everyone. Thankyou Zap.
