Hopeless! Phoned them regarding plumbing leak, guy took details & said he would phone back in 5 mins with view to visit set up. 20 mins later & no call back and so I phoned again, they 'red buttoned' my call rejecting it. I called again 10 mins later and again call was rejected. I set my phone to hide my number & got answer from original guy. Moral of the story is do not call in emergency leak situation as they appear unreliable. If not interested in job simply be honest & say so, not mislead & string people along!!! Appalling service!!!

Richard came to remove our old Range Cooker and install a new one. He was extremely professional, friendly and was confident in everything I asked. He was the best value even though he came all the way from Hinckley and I was so pleased to hear you now have engineers locally too. Thank you Richard for such a perfect job we will definitely be calling you in the future .

I had an oil leek and Meade Heating came out really quickly and replaced some pipe. The fumes were so awful and Richard found the leak almost immediately and the fumes have completely disappeared. I am so happy. Meade Heating is a very efficient and friendly Business and would recommend them every time.

We had Richard to service our boiler which was carried out promptly and for a very competitive price. Since then we have called Richard out on a number of occasions, including late on an evening and he always does a professional job, is cheerful and helpful and leaves everywhere tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In fact, he is going to service my Mum's boiler next week!
