The new retail unit within Heathrow Terminal 5 for Montblanc has now been successfully trading for two months. Originally formed in 1970 the practice has steadily expanded its knowledge and expertise and offers a comprehensive building services consultancy service with 2 offices in Central London and Sunbury-on-Thames working on projects located throughout the UK. We are members of the Association of Consulting Engineers, British Council of Offices and UK Green Building Council.
Watkins Payne operates out of 2 locations with over 60 employees. The practice employs Building Services engineers, building performance engineers, sustainability staff, CAD / Revit staff, secretarial staff, technical / admin clerks and accounts personnel. The purpose of a survey would be to establish the general condition of the building services installations, together with the quality of workmanship, materials and compliance with codes of practice applicable at the time of installation.
