Various building services surveys and audits are also part of the practice's expertise along with sustainability specialism which has become very prominent within the industry.
The building services engineer's role is increasingly fundamental to building design as projects become more sophisticated in terms of sustainability and efficiency, together with legislation changes and user requirements.
Surveys are key elements of our services which are undertaken for purchasers, Landlords and vendors. The purpose of a survey would be to establish the general condition of the building services installations, together with the quality of workmanship, materials and compliance with codes of practice applicable at the time of installation.
