Regularly put bleach and cleaning products down the toilets, baths and sinks to keep them clean. Remove any build up of scale, hair, soap from your plugholes which over time can clog your drain pipes. BLOCK SEWAGE DRAIN. I was so relieved when Simon said he could come and fix a blocked drain within a couple of hours on a Bank Holiday. A quote was given beforehand with a fixed price to unblock a heavily soiled drain (My sewage drain was full to the brim) and no hidden extras. It is so refreshing to have a tradesman who was polite and work in a tidy and professional manner. I was amazed that the area he had been working in was left clean and spotless which is a testament to their professionalism. They will be returning to do some remedial work to my outdated Victorian Drainage system. Thank you

I needed a CCTV survey done on a house I am in the process of purchasing, I called Simon in the morning and by the afternoon the survey was done and his comprehensive report including pictures was in my inbox. From what he found I am glad I had the survey done. Was extremely polite and very professional at all times. Cannot fault Thanet Drainage at all and will definitely be having them back to fix the problems.

I have been a director of a local property company for 30 years . I am a mother of 4 grown up children and I have never been treated so appallingly by any tradesperson than I was treated today by the co- owner of this company. He stated immediately via a telephone call that it was late on a hot day and he "had better things to do" He then proceeded to pretend I was being abusive and indeed using swear words. It was totally surreal. He then informed my tenants I was swearing at him and refused to do the job. I complained to the other co owner who stated he had no choice but to believe his business
