Good price for fence panels, but very disappointed and surprised in the cost of delivery for 3 panels to us. £25 for a journey of less than 3 miles! And delivery was late by an hour and a phonecall to see where it was. Also had a answer phone message in the morning of delivery from someone that was not very professional, started with saying they were ahead of .... (Didn't finish their sentence), then he stopped talking, and sounded like buttons being pressed, then oh never mind and he hung up! Such a shame as we wanted to use local company but this experience has changed our mind especially with

Went to Golden larch this morning. Placed my order and delivered this afternoon. All staff extremely helpful and delivery driver helped carry wood into my garden.
The only issue I have is where are you ment to park as no carpark so parked in the lay-by as timber yard extremely busy with machines.

Very professional . The three guys in the office were busy, but still had time to acknowledge me. I was impressed and the price was good too. Very helpful.
Hey the yard needs some hard-core.

Had the fence panel that i needed was able to walk in pay load up pay leave and go and fit it all in one day was impressive service. The yard was also very organized and tydy five star rating from me as i was able to get on and back to work straight away.
