Fantastic service from Andy from start to finish. He carried out loads of work for us from a boiler installation to shower and toilets being fitted. He was great value, on time all the time and was very polite, helpful and professional. Would not hesitate to have him do work again for me. 5* all the way.

We employed Andy Hodges to replace an old boiler just prior to lockdown 2020. He was efficient, courteous, competent and very good value in doing the work. There were no subsequent issues and feel that he would return and deal with them if there were. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone

I booked Andy to service my central heating boiler and gas fire, which he did a month ago. Very pleasant guy and he carried out the work asked for.
However, whilst taking payment on the day (27/1), he has still not provided me with the requested confirmation that the boiler and fire are in safe working order. This had been specifically requested when I booked him.
Happy to update this review once this confirmation and invoice is received.

Andy put a new gas boiler in for us this month and we were very happy with the service.
Since spring Andy had been really patient trying to get our ancient Valliant heating system to work. Because of the boiler's age, he recommended sourcing new parts ourselves from eBay to save money, rather than him going to a local plumbers merchants. How honest!
In the end, the inevitable happened and the boiler packed in for good. Andy installed a new Worcester combi boiler with Nest and it's great. I wish I'd done it sooner!

My (very old) boiler finally packed in a couple of weeks ago. I was able to source a brand new discounted boiler that Andy was happy to install for me (other plumbers can be picky about installing boilers they have not sourced). Andy was able to come out really quickly and did a really good job. He advised on various things such as a filter to protect and maintain my boiler which he went out to get. I was totally unaware of this and it hadn't been raised or advised by the supplier as something pretty important to have. Andy also needed to brick up my wall which he did a good job of.
