We weren't sure what was wrong with our front door, but it had been playing up when unlocking. Arrived when agreed and within one minute he knew what was wrong. Price advised straight away, without us having to ask. Work carried out quickly and efficiently with extra keys cut on site. Would highly recommend such a personal service by a person I felt comfortable dealing with as a lady in the house on her own.

We called Regan at 9pm on a Saturday evening to help with an emergency after my partner's son got himself locked in the bathroom. He answered the phone straight away and was calm and clear about the process and associated costs. Once we booked him in, he left home immediately however, a little while after he'd started his journey, we managed to force the door open with a screwdriver. Regan very, very kindly turned round and didn't charge us a penny for the inconvenience. What a lovely guy!!! People like him are hard to find so I would highly recommended giving him a call!!
