Have a unit at Ustore for 2 years now. Excellent facility - clean, safe & secure. 24/7 access. I initially only intended to keep the unit for a few months during house move, but it's so handy that I've kept it on since. I. More now see it almost as an extra garage. For 15 years, we have used U-Store for business and private needs, both inside storage units and outside secured tarmac area.
At all times we have found staff to be both friendly and very helpful. Their facilities and location have met. More our requirements and we intend to use them for our storage needs in the future. I can highly recommend U-Store. I've been using a unit here for 20 months and have no complaints.
There has never been a time when I couldn't get access, the lighting has always worked and all the precious cargo I store has stayed in the condition in which started, .More i.e. the atmosphere in the units is well maintained to facilitate good storage conditions. No complaints; I would definitely recommend this facility.

What can I say, the staff here are nothing short of fantastic. I did a lot of research before I chose my location for storage and I made the right choice. Not only do you have great storage options, the option around mail redirection was so essential for me. Every time I attended, Kay and Teresa were exceptional and they really make the business. Highly recommended

Brilliant customer service, Kay has fantastic people skills. The site is huge all vehicles are spread several feet apart, the security is the best I've ever seen. Code in code out, plus you have your own unique code. The prices are rock bottom, I was very happy to leave my vehicle here. Would recommend Ustore 100%

We recently moved house and had to store lots of furniture whilst we renovated our new home. Ustore was our first choice after being in touch with Kay prior to our move. She had so much time for us as new customers, explaining the different types and sizes of the storage units, access system and the 24 hour access that was available.
Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to get an additional storage unit at very short notice. This was not a problem, Kay knew exactly what was available so we where able to go down to it straight away and once we had the furniture stored use our own padlock
