Visited your showroom on the 19th December. Was promised a quote woukd be with us before Christmas. By the 4th January still had no response. Sent an email to chase it up and received a reply stating our quote would be with us by the end of that week. To date 21st Jan still no quote received, we've given up and now taking our business elsewhere.

Had a guy come around to do a quote on my conservatory replacement. After me contacting him I finally received a quote. He didn't really listen to what I request. I replied to his email and had no response.
It's obvious that the company does not want business. I recommend no one to bother these other very good companies about. !

I was greatful for the understanding, as I had to delay work due to being unexpectly in hospital, TVWC gave me support and rescheduled. The work was carried out over the last two days, arrived on the dot 8.30 and the installation was very professional. The quality of the windows is exceptional, rooms are so much brighter and the sound profing is very noticeable.The heat retention is exceptional, makes relaxing noticeable easy. Not something I originally considered. Just a word on sales, This sold it for me Chris was not pushy, instead he gave me all the information clearly, so I was able to make

Having travelled 30 miles to visit their showroom and see the range of windows on offer, I followed up with a detailed email including photos, asking for a provisonal quote. I never even received a reply, despite phoning a couple of weeks later to prompt for one.
This can only make me think that they are an unreliable company to be avoided!

Apeer Composite Front Door - from the initial sales enquiry where the sales designer Joe provided knowledgeable advice and help with product selection and we certainly didn't feel under any pressure to buy. Followed by the unobtrusive, yet highly professional survey, right the way through to final product installation (thanks to Paul and Ryan, exceptionally polite, on-time, efficient and very tidy). We've had several friends who've commented "what a lovely new front door". Couldn't be happier with the whole process and would highly recommend Thames Valley Windows as a first rate company.

My first encounter with TV Windows was in 2003. I was so impressed with absolutely everything, from the initial meeting, to the explanation of available options, through to fitting and finishing. Best Window Company I have ever met or dealt with, I give the highest recommendation. They are more than just a window company, the windows I had installed in to my house turned it back into a beautiful character home - the windows combined character with the latest technology and design. In fact our builder also commented on how impressed he was with the product and installation and whilst he hadn’t worked with TVW before he would certainly recommend you in the future.

After initial communication problems, the owner, Paul Schofield, contacted me direct. He proved to be very polite, efficient and went into great depth about the options available to us. He's an extremely likeable guy and we were able to negotiate a competitive price with him. The windows and doors look exceptional. It is the second time we have used Thames Valley Windows and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
