Yes, we offer a full 24 hour service, 7 days a week service to gain entry in the case of lost / stolen keys etc. Yes, most insurance companies will not pay up if you have been the victim of a break in if you don't have British Standard locks fitted to your doors. The small print will state that you should take adequate measures to protect your home against break-ins and fit adequate locks, but generally will not specify what those measures are!

Baby brain at its finest... I managed to lock myself and my 8 week old baby out of my car (very cleverly left my keys in the boot). Brian arrived within 10 minutes of me calling and managed to pick the lock within a minute! I honestly don't know what I would have done had Brian not been able to help me out. Thank you sooooo much; you were an absolute life saver!

Brilliant service, unfortunately my car keys "disappeared" whilst on holiday. I haven't got a spare but recently got quoted over £400!! RAC recommended this guy and I'm so glad they did £140 for a new key with nothing to duplicate! The spare key they were going to make back at home must have been made from gold!! Almost a blessing in disguise. Very professional 1st class service would recommend to anyone 😅

I requested the attendance of locksmith, he did attend and after several attempts he replaced a key for Mercedes van. They key subsequently started to play up and not work, despite numerous requests to return to sort the issue it was always stated that very busy. I am totally fed up chasing him, I have no idea what he is doing. It has now cost another fee to find another locksmith to correct. I am not impressed and pretty upset. I would not recommend in any way. Really disappointed as very poor

Have needed services on several occasions including lost keys, locked out, new car keys and fobs on x2 !! Always so helpful and readily available would have been totally lost with out his help. And to top it off such a lovely chap. I’m considering locking myself out again just to have a catch up. 5 stars are simply not enough!!!

What can I say? We travelled 3 hours to discover we had left our roof box key at home. Brian managed to squeeze us into his busy day, delivered a new key all with a smile and very quickly. What a gentleman! Brilliant service, would absolutely recommend.
