Ordered the Pre-Finished External Oak Suffolk but was then told they didn't have any stock. Communication was clear and quick though and in the end it only arrived a couple of days later than is would have done had it been in stock.
The door itself is quality and exactly what I was after. Overall very pleased.

Happy customer here. Bought an oak Ravenna style door to match existing set. Handle pack and hinges feel solid and good quality, much better than the flimsy ones on offer at certain large DIY stores which we've had problems with in the past. Will be recommending to my mum as she's looking to do her whole house out later this year. Nick

I recently purchased a White Primed Suffolk and handle pack using these guys, having had a number of issues sourcing them elsewhere previously (had arrived damaged 3 times and mis charged for them) i had almost resigned myself to sourcing something from the DIY superstores (which to be honest the quality is never the same in my experience) but pleased to say i stumbled across these guys, the communication was brilliant (especially given i was probably a bit of a nightmare customer having had issues elsewhere previously) their patience with me was brilliant and i had confidence with them throughout
