Wow - really impressive how well Tim performed, especially the lack of residual chemical smell and minimal dampness he left behind.
The only drawback is that I now have "carpet shame" about the state my carpets were in before cleaning!

Spoke to Tim about booking him in to clean our front room carpet after we used a rug doctor, which left an awful smell.
Tim took the time to explain why this had happened and despite losing custom advised that the problem would be difficult to fix.
His honesty and professionalism saved us wasting time and money, plus he still answered all my questions despite knowing he would not be making a sale.
