Specialist works can be tackled by our teams who hold qualifications in Asbestos, Confined Spaces and PTS (Rail). Our positive approach to staff training and development means that our core team of scaffolding operatives have been employed with Narford Scaffolding for many years. We are proud that as a result of our high quality employment and training standards, we retain our staff as a result of high standards of training and safety.
Narford Scaffolding holds large stocks of general scaffolding equipment and has partnering agreements with all the leading scaffolding suppliers. These arrangements give us the ability to access a variety of leading systems where required. Our workforce holds the required CISRS system scaffold endorsements where system scaffolds are being used.
A large proportion of scaffold structures will require some form of design input to be compliant with regulations. The National Access and Scaffolding Federation (NASC) has produced guidance notes on Good Practice for Scaffolding with Tubes and Fittings. Known as TG20:13, these guidelines provide for four 'Basic Scaffolds' where no further design is required.
Scaffolding work on bridges and viaducts brings its own unique set of challenges, not least of which is working at height. Saltburn and Harringworth viaducts combined working at height with complex structural challenges. We constructed this temporary public access rail bridge at Cramfit, for cycles and foot traffic, while the old bridge was being renewed.

My neighbour recently had their roof re felted this company are thoughtless and noisy .my wife lay in bed recovering from a heart attack ,stroke and trauma,she was told to make sure she has plenty rest to help with recovery..I told narford staff the problem and ask for less noise . They just laughed it off and turned up the radio we had To leave the house and stay away for hours.i wouldn’t give this company a thought for work no consideration for others they need to get their act together.
