At Crown Windows, all our window frames are made to measure, here in our factory in Middleton, Greater Manchester. We only use materials of the highest quality. The PVC-U profiles we use are supplied by Deceuninck. We can manufacture your windows in a wide variety of colours. The most popular include, White, Rosewood, and Golden Oak.

Wanted to use Crown seen as there local to have a new window fitted in my sons room, to make our house safety compliant. After ringing with approximate measurements and explaining what I'd like I was told I'd be rung back with a approximate quote later that day. I waited a week and had to keep ringing them to chase being told it's Pam dealing with you job, I'll get her to call you back. Finally I get a call and a quote and then booked in for a official measure, I was told they would be coming at 4.30, so I swapped my shift to accommodate being at home ready. Turned up at 5.20. Anyway window was

The strangest customer service experience. I called Crown As this is a local company and I figured I will give them my business. I have a few repair jobs that I wanted them to look at and also an extension enquiry to the rear of the house. The chap came round I believe possibly the owner and had a look at the said jobs. He has a Very strange attitude which I knew some people may believe is cocky and a little bit Pompous however I thought he was ok and nice Enough and knew what he was talking about. He looked at my repairs and identified the issues and also took pics at the back of the house. I

I have just has the windows, including the conservatory, soffits fascias and drains by Crown Windows and they do exactly what they say they will do with minimum fuss.
The installation team were superb and the standard and speed of their work was spot on.
Special thanks to Jason and John for their professionalism, nothing was too much trouble and they always cleaned up well after themselves.
All in all the result exceeded my expectations and our thanks goes to all the staff at Crown Windows, great value for money!

As a company that has been trading for over 30 years it is highly surprising that the company director has no people skills to mention. He has a pompous, supercilious and bombastic attitude when confronted with any internal negative problems .. The quality of the products and the installation from superb fitters I would give 5 stars. I'm sure if it was not for the high standard and competence of the installation from the fitters more low stars and negative reviews would be posted on this site

Have been dealing with this company for over 20 years and they without exception provided an excellent service each time. All the staff are a credit to the company. From the start of the process extremely professional and the work is always done on time and there is never any mess left behind. Also members of my family and friends have also used the company and have all said the same.
