Jeremy and the whole team in Brighton provided excellent customer service from planning the new bathroom to helping choose the right tiles and fittings. Bought bathroom fittings and taps here. Simon got a great deal on some very expensive fittings which we were really pleased with. He also provided fantastic service after sales. Had a manufacturing fault with burlington taps which were under guarantee. Called Burlington who didn't want to know but Simon at Eurotiles took up the baton. Not only did he go above and beyond to get the taps replaced but he got Burlington to cover the plumbing costs. Service of this standard deserves to be noted and i would recommend this store.

After doing the rounds to a few tile shops in are area. We was very impressed with euro tiles for there big range, having all tiles in stock and making are decision easy, with useull help from the team, simon dealt with us and showed us the differnce in qualilty not just the face of a tile. We were more than happy and the new bathroom looks great, which had to be replaced sooner than we thought due to cheap materials used previous from another company.
