Well where do I start, I have moved 6 tines now as in the military and by far this is the worse company I have used.
Chiped 3 different pieces of furniture, manged to ruin my bed mattress, due to poor covers and draging it alone the wet floor. ( Even the work men said the covers are poor and to thin).
I will not be using these company again, not even had a phone call to say sorry.

Used 4 times now and they are excellent. Mind you might not think much if you have been to their base in Waterston. But it just goes to show -you can't judge a book by it's cover. Incidentally they still have one of the really big vehicles which a lot of the smaller operators dont have.

Arranged a quotation from this company and they chose the time and day. Shameful they didn’t bother to come and they couldn’t be bothered to call and explain why? I called them an hour after they were supposed to arrive and they couldn’t give an explanation as to why no one came? So if you’re planing on using these guys - have a Plan B because they don’t turn up when they set the day and time!

What a really lovely company to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble. Very impressed with there Honest, Friendly staff who came to move us, Mario and Alan.... WOW did theses guy's know there stuff,, You know those guy's that make everything thing look easy! Our furniture was taken real care of and each piece was handled with care and attention. If i was to move again i would request them personally.... 5 STARS FROM ME

I have moved quite a few times, but this is the best company I have EVER used. The staff really know their stuff. The price was very reasonable considering the service I got. It was as stress free as it's possible for a long distance house move can be. So glad I choose this company.
I always say" never again" every time, but if I do, I will use Lloyd and Pawlett.
