I have a starling flying around in my loft space. Called for advice on a Sunday morning and much to my surprise got an answer from Jake. The advice I got was both friendly and helpful.
If I can't get the bird into the house and out a window / door then I will be calling back to arrange a visit to see if anything else can be done.

Brilliant service! We had a bird mite infestation and I was getting badly bitten. Jake was very understanding and came out the same day. He located 2 nests, removed them, treated the area and fumigated the whole property. Jake was friendly, professional and efficient, we are very grateful - thank you!!

I spoke to Jake over the phone. He was very friendly and after a brief conversation describing the situation offered some excellent advice. Based on his prior experience we in fact came to the conclusion that services were in fact not needed, but that I could call back if the problem persists. I really appreciated his level of honesty and knowledge. Absolutely would reccomend and will return for any pest issues! ☺️

I cannot recommend Jake highly enough. We have had a recurring issue for 3 years, which multiple pest control experts have failed to solve. It even got to the point where some companies refused to come and take a look when we explained it had been an ongoing issue, as they “didn’t want to fail”. Jake was recommended to us and came out the same day. On explaining the problems to him, he was immediately able to identify that we had squirrels living in a part of our roof that others had found hard to ascertain – his thorough knowledge of building construction helped immensely. Fantastic service!!! I phoned on a Sunday about a bee problem I had. I was fully expecting a call out fee and extra payment as it was a Sunday, however all that was requested was a video of the bees and actually it wasn’t something that needed any intervention. Therefore my mind was put at rest and I dealt with such a pleasant, helpful gentleman.

Having discovered squirrels in our loft Jake has been setting traps in our garden to catch multiple squirrels (that were also digging up all my plant pots!). He came very promptly after our first call and then initially every day, even weekends, removing squirrels caught in his laid traps. Hopefully we are now in the last phase of eradication in the loft
