Diamond Drainage

I contacted Diamond Drainage at least 6 times in the last 2- 3 months to try to arrange emptying of my septic tank.
I contacted them using the contact form on their website, e mailed them, and phoned on at least 4 occasions (and spoke to someone directly). My details were taken and despite being told someone would call me back, no one ever did.
I wanted to use a local company but have now given up and taken my business elsewhere.

Cracking Service. Fast, efficient and very professional. The boss in the office and the 2 lads on the job were extremely competent. Well impressed 👍

Excellent company to deal with, called them out Saturday morning they arrived and spent just less than 1 hour unblocking a waste drain which had been caused by tree root ingress.
A camera was sent along the pipe followed by a cutting device and everything was resolved before lunchtime.
First class service. I would highly recommend this company!

Finding out that you have a blocked sewer drain is a stressful situation for any house owner. When it happened to me I booked Diamond Drainage to come and see if they could unblock it. I was very impressed with the technician who arrived on site as planned. He soon assessed the situation and proceeded to clear the blockage and showed me what had caused the blockage. He succeeded to cut away a tree root ball that had broken through a clay drainage gully pot. I am very impressed with this company's professionalism.

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the first contact, to the absolutely gold standard service from the guys who came to empty and jet wash our problematic tank, the professionalism and courtesy is second to none. A huge thank you to the two guys who arrived and gave us their valued opinion as to the causes. A1 first class, all the way, do not hesitate to call if you have a problem, and we live outside Edzell, so a fair hike.

I was really pleased with the response and service that I recently received from Diamond Drainage.
I discovered that I had a partially blocked external drain last weekend. I sent an e-mail on the Sat indicating that my request for a visit was not urgent. I received a response by e-mail early on the Mon morning offering a visit on either the next day (at a push) or, if that was not feasible, on the Wed with a promise of a call an hour before the visit.

Great, quick correspondence from Steven, who gave advice and assistance clearly, showing the depth of his knowledge and even advising on what wasn't required to save costs.
Within a couple of hours of first contact with them, Diamond Drainage had visited the property in question and done a thorough job of clearing the drain issue and provided very timely feedback of what had been done as well as additional options to explore the cause.

Can't fault the service, fast, efficient, fitted us in at short notice. All the things you'd want from an emergency service. The lad that completed the work was first class, came all PPE'd up and socially distanced, although I'm quite sure that's normal in this line of work. Definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
