No matter the size of the job from small repairs too full installs, we ensure it is completed as efficiently as possible and that you are completely satisfied with our service.
There is a large range of new garage doors available with different designs, manufacturers and methods of operation. With over twenty years' experience in the garage door industry Dimensions Garage Doors can help you find the door that best suits your needs. During the installation our expert team of fitters will continue to advise you and discuss your requirements.
We also offer a repair or maintenance service to your existing garage door. We have a dedicated service engineer that in most cases can fix your door on the first visit. We can also service and repair electric up and over, roller and sectional doors. It is recommended that any electric door is serviced and the safety features checked at least every two years.
Roller doors fit neatly into the front of your garage, leaving plenty of space. One of the major advantages of a roller door is the vertical operation, allowing a vehicle to be parked against it. This vertical operation also makes the door very secure and eliminates draughts. Roller doors are available as single skin Plastisol coated steel doors or insulated doors.
Almost every garage door can be electrically operated so you may not have to replace your whole garage door just add or replace your current system. In most cases we can fit an electric operator to your existing door, providing it works well as a manual door to start with. My experience with Dimensions Garage Doors has been really poor. Sub-standard initial door installation led to cosmetic problems. Eventually they "hacked" a fix, but recently I was having some issues and I called them to get the door serviced. When they came, the engineer said that this "hack" was causing functional issues and that he couldn't service the door. After several weeks, another member of their team came again and left with the same message, only changing a battery in the door mechanism. Despite all of this, they still sent a bill, which I paid in good faith expecting that they would actually come again and at least do the service, which is what I had requested, but once they got the money they completely forgot. I can't recommend Dimensions Garage Doors, please find yourself another alternative, as I will for any future needs.

After not being able to get hold of the company that installed our garage roller door I contacted this company who were great, they came out on the agreed date and serviced and sorted any issues i had with my roller door. I will be using them for annual services from now on as unlike some other company's they get back to you. Their charges were also reasonable.

Fabulous service from Dimensions! The cable broke on my up and over door yesterday and it needed repairing. After speaking to a lovely and helpful man this morning I was booked in. They called when they were about 10 minutes away. Josh was so helpful and explained what happened to the door and that it could be repaired with new cables. Very polite man and one happy customer. Had a garage door fitted by another company that was not installed properly, after struggling to sort it direct Dimensions came out at short notice and fixed what turned out to be some pretty poor workmanship. Really friendly guys just wished I had gone with them in the first place. Highly recommended.

I had two up and over garage doors replaced by electric roller shutter doors. Dimensions did a great job. Did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it on the quotation. New garage doors installed quickly, effectively and cleared everything away including old doors and rubbish. Would highly recommend.
