On most occasions we can save you money by doing small repairs to your windows and doors to save them being replaced, There are a lots of window firms around that will tell you that certain products and parts are no longer being manufactured.This is true in some cases but generally there are parts available to us which will be suited to the window system you already have installed!

Services
Based on our theory and from information obtained from double glazing manufacturers, Double glazed units have a cavity bar or frame between the two panes of glass. This bar has been filled with tiny silicone gel crystals. These crystals absorb most of the moisture that can buiild up inside the double glazed unit but unfortunatly can only absorb so much.

We needed some repairs carried out to a pair of french doors that no longer closed properly & called Paul's Double Glazing Repairs to see if they were able to help. From first contact with Ashley we received a very warm welcome & a fixed quotation for the work we needed to be carried out from the outset. On arriving at our home we were were very impressed by the level of customer service & quality of workmanship that was carried out. If only other trades were like Paul's Double Glazing Repairs! Arrived promptly to measure up and quote, more than happy to revise the order and great communication about install dates etc, then wonderful service during installation & repair work. Even showed me how to latch the door so I didn't need my keys all the time. Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable - everything you could possibly want from a local company! Would heartily recommend that you consider them if you need expert window / door repairs.

Can Highly recommend this company, from the quick response when booking to have a window lock repaired to Ashley coming out to do the job. He is a lovely helpful person., he did the job quickly and efficiently and when we mentioned that our door lock was sticking he looked at it and repaired it straight away. will certainly use this company again in the future

First class service all the way from enquiry to fitting. I had a number of windows with broken hinges which I had been putting off getting repaired after a bad experience with a well known company. Ashley came out to have a look at our windows, which, by the way are over 30 years old. He was very polite and informative, so we put in an order for 6 pairs of hinges to be replaced. The hinges were soon in stock and fitted in a short space of time. Ashley was punctual, friendly and an absolute delight to have in our home.
