Yorkshire Windows & Conservatories Trade

Had our door fitted 3 years ago right from the offset it did not close right and i rang them several times promised to get back to me but did not in the end they kept cutting me off. the door was expensive and has got really bad that it does not close correctly and is hanging off the hinges the cutsomer service is unaceptable and we are taking this matter further as it has a 10 year guarantee

This Company provide shoddy work with very rude and unprofessional staff. Even the Director hasn't got a clue ! They are a Leeds based Company using a Rotherham telephone number, to con people and let them believe they are contacting Yorkshire Windows based in Rotherham !!
My elderly parents had some work done by this Company a good few months ago, now there are problems with the work they did and they are extremely reluctant to return and rectify their work. So much so, I have now involved Trading Standards, this Company should be closed down!

Initially very disappointed with this company. One of the reviews mentions 'under new management' which might have some bearing on the current shambles. I'd used them before with no problems which is why I asked them again this time. I asked back at the end of April how soon they woud be able to fit a new back door as the current one is very old and there's a knack to closing and locking it. This hadn't been a problem up till now as the door was rarely in use, but now we have carers coming in 4 times a day and other health professionals who need to use this door as access. Extremely Unprofessional!!
This company really needs to look into the staff it employs (unless the individual was the owner which is much worse) - the individual held extremely antiquated and sexist views which he clearly was not afraid to make known.
He continually spoke over the top of me and was clearly annoyed at me despite him being 2 hours early to the booked appointment and me making him aware that I was in a meeting.
I have also never known someone pluck a figure out of thin air without even seeing half the windows or without measuring those windows and doors in view.

Such a lovely, polite, professional and all-round friendly business. We had our windows replaced and a conservatory done. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. The work is immaculate and we have experienced absolutely no faults or issues whatsoever. Had this company fit me 2 external doors and 7 windows last month. The fitters were friendly, efficient and professional throughout. They cleaned as they went and even left my gardens tidier than they were before. I'm hoping to get a conservatory fitted next year and I'll be asking them to fit it. Very competitive prices and would definitely recommend.

I bought a door and some windows around 2 years ago. The other day the door broke - mechanism went. I contacted Yorkshire Windows and was advised the door was still under guarantee. The guy came out, as promised. Not only did he fix my door, he also upgraded the lock and mechanism, all free!
Yorkshire Windows are very polite, professional and all round nice people. I dealt with Amy and Ian.
I have read some of the other reviews on here regarding them being not that good - I have to say that my experience was nothing but excellent!
