Having had an appalling experience with the countries largest Gas Service providers over the last few years, we are delighted we’ve gone local and signed up with Ultra Warm. Brilliant service all round. Phoned Monday morning to book an appointment, by 1pm that day the engineer arrived, quickly diagnosed the fault and rectified it within an hour.
Engineer was polite & professional, whilst observing social distancing guidance. Clearly explained the fault and the work carried out.

After quite a few years of having ultra-warm ltd servicing my boiler, and being happy with it. I can honestly say I will never use them again, after the damage caused by a bad service engineer. My boiler was left leaking water from the condenser pipe and leaving the place smelling of oil fumes. The leak damaged our wall. Which they will not accept responsibility for. The water leak was rectified. But two engineers later, the fumes are still bad. They cant fin an issue . So are expecting me to pay just short of £500 to have 3 things replaced, on the possibility its one of those causing the problem

We are now toasty warm and ready for winter!

We needed a new boiler, have it relocated and be here the same time as the gas company. We had very efficient service from the start, always called when they said they would and all round reliable. The heating engineers were very tidy and professional and did the job with minimum fuss and impact on us. Highly recommend.
