Spent nearly £9000.00 on a new bathroom with them. One of the components they installed leaked - by there own admission their fault. 3 months later I am still trying to get them to come around to fix the damage caused by the leak. after all this time, best suggestion was that I could get it fixed my self (after they have approved 2 quotes from 2 builders) and then they might pay! Sorry, this isn't really acceptable. I should add this is a bathroom for my mother, who is a pensioner and disabled. Shocking really, typcal builder - take the money, thanks very much!!

Tony was recommended to me today as I had no power in my house, everything kept tripping. He was at my home in less than an hour, found the issue and fixed it quickly...then said there was no charge as it wasn't a big job...it was a huge deal for me as I had no idea how to fix it! What a truly amazing thing to do, thank you so much, I will definitely use you again and recommend you to friends and family.

Tony and his team did an excellent job of plastering and fitting our new kitchen.

The guys at TM-Developments ltd have done four jobs at our house, fitted a new toilet and a dishwasher, helped plug a leak and fixed our central heating system. They have been brilliant, totally reliable, on time, tidy, have explained stuff very clearly and have charged an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend them to people in the future, and I already have in the past!
