RPC built a 4ft extension a loft conversion last year (2021). They were recommended by my brother, who had a long extension built by them. I had a number of quotes from various builders and although they were not the cheapest, I thought that they were best value when taking everything into consideration.
They were very professional to deal all the way through the process. The detailed quote was provided within days and we able to agree the price and start date very quickly.
The work started on the exact day they promised and finished only 2 weeks later than planned and the slippage in the date

I contacted Jon (Neil) today, to do a 3m full extension with bi-fold doors all across it and to install an enourmous new kitchen there, to change all the plumbing around the whole house, to refurbish 2 bathrooms, to change the whole floor on the ground floor, to demolish a chimney on 2 floors (possibly 3) and to tile most of the garden that is 18m long at a 4 bedroom blay house in Raynes Park, and Jon said it is not enough of a big project for them. Jon and Charlie of Raynes Park Construction took on our renovation and made short work of what I was expecting to be an exhausting project. After having been left high and dry by a previous 'expert' in damp subfloor diagnostic and repair, I was scrambling to find a team that could completely rip out my Victorian subfloor and make like new. Jon exuded confidence in his know-how and his team, and his word was backed by a squad of tireless builders who arrived in the early morning and worked until I started to wonder if these guys ever got hungry.

Amazing delivery from these guys, I couldn’t believe the speed and quality of the work done.
They were really kind when it came to me making small changes as the building work was on going and only asked me to pay anything extra when it was very reasonable to do so and with mutual consent.
I would and have recommended them to others and will use them again myself when my next works come round.

RPC did a rear extension, garage to utility room conversion, 2 new bathrooms and full refurb throughout (re-wire, re-plumb, new floors, ceilings, replastering etc).
Charlie and Jon are really nice guys. They are genuine, honest and very friendly. They spent time with us to go through the quote and we met at Jon’s house to go through it all. Top guys. The quote was detailed and thorough. During the build they responded instantly and are always available. The whatsapp group was buzzing!

After finding ourselves in a tough spot, Jon and Charlie of RPC swept in and put in an entirely new subfloor in our Victorian terrace. Our scope changed a few times and got bigger with additional requests but their tireless builders rolled with it and got the job done faster than I would have thought possible. The site was always cared for and all rubbish taken care of. Communication was constant with Jon who was always on hand to view or manage as needed. I would use them again!

We are amazed overall by the work that Raynes Park Construction did to refurbish our stairs! Their work is excellent and very high quality. They have been very diligent and responsive throughout the entire period. We were recommended RPC by someone who had a similar extension done and I would happily pass on my recommendation to others too. Jon and Charlie were very knowledgeable from the outset when it came to pulling together the budget for the build and even took the time to come and talk through the quote item by item to ensure we were all on the same… page, something I hadn’t experienced from other contractors I contacted.
When it came to the build I’ve never seen contractors work so fast, we set out a 12 week program and the guys had it finished (minus snagging) by week 9. Very conscientious

From the start of the process to the end of the build, Chigs and Jon were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns we had.
We initially contact RPC over 2 years ago to quote us on our build work, then with the plans changing they requoted us on… the work, but unlike all the builders we contacted RPC were the only company to take the time to sit down with us and go through the detailed quote with us.

Raynes Park Construction laid a new flat roof on a town house in Croydon for us. Chigzy was exceptionally professional and attentive to our needs and requests. He visited the site / roof beforehand, took pictures for us, gave us feedback and then did a detailed quote which was very reasonable. He kept us informed of progress by taking pictures at each stage and the materials that were used. The best builder experience I have had so far. Professional , trustworthy, on time and reliable. We found Raynes Park Construction when we were obtaining quotes to renovate our house. We wanted a least one quote from a local company.
Jon and Charlie were very welcoming, keen to work with us and were prepared to take on the project management role for the various work streams planned. The project management point was particularly appealing, as… we didn’t have the time to source all the tradesmen needed for this project separately.
We ended up doing a full house renovation (electrics, heating, re-plaster, redecorating, etc.) as well as a loft conversion. The project went well, although

RPC worked brilliantly for us. They came in and re-laid the beams in the floor of our loft conversion after the original builders hadn't done the job correctly. They were timely, courteous and very tidy, also… providing a good value for money quote. I'd recommend using them for any type of building project and we would definitely use them again.

They recently completed a 6 meter rear extension on our property which was completed to an excellent standard. The finish was amazing, top quality. They completed the work in the time specified and kept within budget! The builders they had on site were great really hard working and had lots of great ideas. Overall I couldn't be more happy with this company and our extension is great everyone comments on how great it looks and the finish. We will use this company again for our loft soon!

We found Raynes Park construction whilst doing a search for local companies that provide renovation services.
We were extremely impressed after seeing previous work they had completed online and spoke to Jon… about extending into our loft space to create a bedroom and bathroom. In addition to this we also asked that our current first floor bathroom/toilet were knocked through to convert into 1 large bathroom.
It was great to also be given the opportunity to go to ongoing sites of work to meet the building team and see how they conduct their work.
Jon was very hands on and came to use personally
