We have had a very unsatisfactory experience with these people got work done to sort out sewage drains that were blocking at a cost of nearly £800 in total .They Have now left our drains worse!! blocking now approx every 2 weeks causing us stress as my husband is not well at the minute. Despite telling us they would sort things out with insurance company they did nothing now leaving us with another bill to sort it out . At the minute water is pouring down my path from the manhole and has been since Friday this is now Wednesday and despite numerous calls and promises to fix they have not bothered

Absolutely awful experience with master blaster! They were appointed by my insurance company to carry out work on my drains. They took several weeks to carry out 2 small repairs, and fabricated reports to the insurance company in order to justify extra days on site and obviously more money from the insurance company! The site manager Phil was very rude when I explained that this impacted on me directly as I had to keep taking days off work when they actual time on site only amounted to about 6 hours! Would definitely not recommend them!
