Excellent service from Ray and his staff installing our new boiler. Ray Trueman was the only one of three companies I got quotes from that fully understood the complications of our existing installation (15mm gass supply instead of 22mm) and had the best solution to resolve this issue efficiently and with least disruption, which is why we chose him for the installation. They turned up on time, completed the work on time and in budget, and left with everything neat, tidy and fully commissioned. Highly Recommended.

I can't recommend Ray highly enough. He came out the same day to give me a quote after my old boiler broke down, he was extremely professional, friendly, explained everything simply and wasn't pushy. I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about! Quote was provided in writing the same day and was fair for the work needed. Fitting my new boiler wasn't easy either because of the location (it took 3 days! ) but he (and Jack) did a fantastic job and got on with it, and even cleaned up after themselves each day. I can't fault the service Ray provided and am over the moon with my new Vaillant

Our boiler and water tank were starting to have nothing but issues. We decided we needed to replace the system, and replace it with the best system we could. We contacted Ray via the Worcester Bosch website along with some other recommended plumbers.
Ray quickly contacted us and booked us in for a survey. He quoted within a couple of days and gave us a few options from the Worcester Bosch range. We decided to go with a slightly more expensive option as it offered a longer guarantee and a better spec boiler and water tank.
