I had my air conditioning unit fitted with Glenn and his team. I am thrilled with the quality of the job from beginning to end. Glenn did the initial site survey and Darren and his collegue did the installation. What a lovely bunch! Friendly and professional. The installation was immaculate, neat and tidy. I'm so happy! Thank you to the team! This company is definately the go to place for air conditioning in North London, highly reccomend! :)

Glenn and his team did a fantastic job providing and installing a multi-split system for my home. This wasn't a simple installation, but they were extremely neat and professional, and made sure that everything is put in place in the most aesthetic manner possible. Their patience for my requests has been remarkable (I'm not always easy), and I am extremely happy with the results. I couldn't recommend anyone more.

I have used pretty cool customers on many occasions now and it has always been a pleasure. In my business premises they installed a new chiller whilst also advising me best o my current ones and ensuring they are properly maintained on a regular contract with these guys. I have also used them for my own home. If you are looking for an air con firm then these guys are the one. I would highly recommend them to all

Exceptionally neat and tidy! Fantastic team that worked so professionally we hardly knew there were there! Overall from start to finish - totally satisfied. Can't recommend Pretty Cool Customers highly enough! Also, had the privilege of having some personal home work done with the same crew several months ago, and again the work was amazing! No complications at all - even down to the best piece of equipment for the job - just leave it to the experts!! The tidying up afterwards left us speechless!
